"Chef Morad was incredible - he made dishes that pleased everyone from 6 year olds to 90 year olds. Our menu included fish stew, short ribs, Vietnamese chicken salad, butternut squash - everything was fresh, flavorful and healthy. He was able to customize the menu to the preferences of the 20-person group. The chicken salad, fresh homemade cheeses, and surprise dessert every night were true highlights. Wish Chef Morad could stay and cook for us everyday!"
